2010 Fortified

This wine is produced from Bay of Shoals Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vintage 2010. The wine is matured on oak and fortified with spirit made from wines from Bay of Shoals. The wine has a tawny appearance. On the nose aromas of raisins and almonds, followed by caramel and toasted almonds with a well-balanced acidity on the palate. Enjoy with cheese or with your favourite dessert.
