This wine is a combination of the 2009 vintage aged in French Oak barrels added to unwooded Chardonnay from the 2010 vintage. It reflects nutty, melon and fig overtones. On the palate there is cashew, citrus and oak flavours followed by a crisp, minerally acid dry finish. For those wine lovers, who just like a little each way, this wine has it.
