This Sparkling Rose was made from Estate grown Shiraz grapes which were harvested by hand in the last days of March this year. Despite unseasonal heavy rains during the harvesting period the fruit ripened evenly to harvest. Salmon pink in colour with crushed strawberry notes and generous fruity palate. With a hint of residual sugar giving a soft fruity finish. A wine to be enjoyed at any celebration.
