This wine has been matured in Oak hogsheads for 2 years. Over this time, tannins have softened and intergrated and the wine has developed more complex characters to enhance the vibrant fruit lift. The nose is lifted with traditional spice and chocolate, enhanced with intergrated vanillin oak. The palate is rich with a generous spicy mouth-feel, softened tannins and warm,slightly charry,lingering finish.
